Terms of Use for NANATALE

1. Accounts, age, and security

Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, and take responsibility for activity on their account. Minors need the consent required by applicable law. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or used to evade a service suspension.

2. Rights in your work

Creators remain the owners of the images, video, audio, writing, and games they upload. They grant NANATALE only the rights needed to store, process, display, make technical copies, publish, and operate a game according to the creator’s settings. This does not allow NANATALE to sell the work outside the service without an additional agreement.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

Illegal content, rights violations, fraud, malware, harassment, unauthorized disclosure of personal information, exploitation of minors, and media without the publisher’s permission are prohibited. Details and enforcement procedures are in the Content Policy.

4. Coins, game purchases, and membership

Coins are digital units inside NANATALE, not currency, and cannot be transferred out of the service. A Coins purchase unlocks only the game named in the purchase. Membership provides temporary access to the games and period covered by the package. Games marked “purchase only” require a separate Coins purchase.

Before confirmation, the platform must clearly show the price, demo scope, granted rights, and relevant renewal terms. Refunds follow the Refund Policy and applicable law.

5. Demos, prices, ranking, and creator revenue

Creators set release status, demos, prices, and catalog participation using the tools provided by the platform. Explore ranking may use freshness, likes, plays, and completions; hidden paid placement is not allowed.

Revenue, fees, taxes, reserves, and real-money payout periods follow the Creator Agreement in effect when real-money services are enabled.

6. Privacy and external services

NANATALE uses account data to authenticate users, save projects and game saves, process purchases, prevent fraud, and keep the service safe. Non-essential analytics are collected only with consent. Provider details and data rights are described in the Privacy Notice.

7. Community, reports, and appeals

Users must communicate respectfully. Creators may hide comments on their own work, but platform-level report review and enforcement remain NANATALE’s responsibility. Affected users may submit evidence or request a review through Contact.

8. Suspension, changes, and service limits

NANATALE may limit or suspend accounts, content, or transactions when needed for safety, legal compliance, or policy enforcement. Service may pause for maintenance. Creators should keep copies of important media.

When material terms change, we will show the revision date and provide notice through an appropriate channel before or when users access the affected area.

Questions, requests, and complaints

Send details through the Contact NANATALE page and choose the relevant topic. The team may request more information to verify an account, purchase, or rights before taking action.
