Create worlds. Tell your tale.PRODUCTIONv0.3.0CREATOR AGREEMENT
Creator Agreement
Last updated August 15, 2026 · Platform test draft. Owner and legal adviser approval is required before real-money services open.1. Eligibility and verification
Creators must have authority to enter this agreement, provide accurate account information, and complete identity, bank, tax, or KYC checks required by the payment provider before receiving revenue. Minors need a legal representative as required by law.
2. Ownership and the rights granted to the platform
Creators remain owners of their work and grant NANATALE a non-exclusive license only as needed to store, transform, stream, make samples, display, market within the service, and deliver work to users according to the creator’s chosen status.
Creators confirm that they have rights to the writing, images, audio, video, fonts, marks, and personal data used, including required license evidence and consent.
3. Release, price, demo, and AI disclosure
Creators are responsible for the title, description, age rating, content warnings, demo scope, price, and whether the work is human-made, AI-assisted, or mostly AI. Do not mislead users about what they will receive.
NANATALE may check technical readiness, broken links, dead ends, media rights, and content requirements before or after release.
4. Revenue share and reserve
When real-money services open, the current policy allocates 70% to the creator and 30% to the platform on eligible proceeds, subject to lawful taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and fraud adjustments.
Revenue is held in reserve for at least ten days and the payout minimum is 500 baht. Actual payout also depends on Stripe Connect/KYC, bank, and tax information. Admin must show this status before enabling the feature.
5. Refunds, chargebacks, and set-off
When a transaction is refunded, disputed, or proven fraudulent, NANATALE may reverse unpaid revenue, offset future balances, or request supporting information. Creators can view statements and report errors through support.
6. Content standards and community care
Creators must follow the Content Policy, respond to rights reports in good faith, and must not direct users to transact outside the service to avoid fees or safety measures. Creators may hide comments on their page but may not use that tool to conceal fraud or harm.
7. Analytics and confidentiality
The dashboard may show plays, completions, sales, and aggregate information for work management. Creators must not try to identify players from aggregate data or improperly disclose information learned through support and disputes.
8. Withdrawal, suspension, and termination
Creators may stop selling or withdraw a work, but NANATALE may need to preserve access for existing purchasers or provide an appropriate remedy. We may hide work, suspend payouts, or terminate an account for rights, safety, fraud, or repeated violations.
Buyer rights, unpaid revenue, taxes, audits, and disputes continue as needed after this agreement ends.
