Content and Safety Policy
Last updated August 15, 2026 · Platform test draft. Owner and legal adviser approval is required before real-money services open.1. Content that is always prohibited
Illegal content, exploitation or sexual media involving minors, grooming, non-consensual sexual content, trafficking, terrorist support, credible threats, harmful disclosure of personal information, malware, phishing, and financial fraud are prohibited.
Do not upload works that infringe copyright, trademarks, image, voice, or privacy rights, or media whose license does not allow publication or monetization.
2. Restricted content and age ratings
Violence, sex, language, drugs, suicide, or sensitive topics must have an accurate age rating and content warning. Adult content must not target minors and must follow the platform’s discovery and access restrictions.
Artistic, news, or educational value does not remove the absolute prohibitions; provide enough context for permitted material.
3. Hate, harassment, and self-harm
Do not attack, dehumanize, or support violence against people because of a protected characteristic. Targeted harassment, stalking, and calls for others to attack someone are prohibited.
Stories that mention self-harm for narrative or educational purposes must not encourage it, provide actionable instructions, or present dangerous behavior as a reward. Use appropriate warnings and help resources.
4. AI, impersonation, and provenance
Creators must disclose AI use accurately and have rights to their inputs and outputs. Do not use AI to impersonate a real person for deception, create non-consensual sexual media, forge evidence, or bypass an owner’s rights.
NANATALE may request provenance, license, consent, or source files when a credible report is received.
5. Marketplace, spam, and manipulation
Do not manipulate likes, plays, sales, comments, or ranking. Do not repeatedly publish near-duplicate works, use clickbait names or covers, or misrepresent features, price, or demo scope.
6. Reports and review
Users can report content from a game page or Contact. Include the URL, reason, time, and evidence. Moderation may temporarily hide content, request information, restrict age access, or pause transactions during review.
For immediate danger to a person, contact local emergency services first, then send information to NANATALE so we can limit distribution on the service.
7. Enforcement and appeals
Measures may include warnings, reduced discovery, age restrictions, demo removal, hiding or deleting content, stopping publication, withholding revenue, or account termination. We consider severity, context, history, and user risk.
Affected users may request review through Contact with reasons and new evidence. An appeal does not guarantee restoration and does not pause emergency safety measures.
